Who we are

katsix.com is run by KAT Six LLC. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

What we collect

What you type into the job form or send us by email:

• Name, company and email address
• Phone number, if you add one
• The service you need and the property address, if you add one
• A link to photos or documents, if you add one
• Your notes about the job

Like any website host, Cloudflare also receives basic request data, such as your IP address, when you load a page. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your request and to prepare and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for marketing lists.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the form, your message passes through Cloudflare and an email delivery service to reach our inbox, which is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers handle it under their own privacy terms.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept in our email for as long as they are useful for the job and our business records. Ask and we will delete yours, unless we need to keep it for work we did for you or for tax or legal records.

Your choices
